roller skate wheels 150x150Some popular brands are Labeda and Suregrip roller skate wheels.  Get that grip and traction you need by keeping your wheels new and rotated.  Roller skating wheels are easy to replace, so there's no reason not to keep them new and rolling.  Replacing bearings is another story, but we'll save that for another day.

There are so many types of rollerskate wheels that you'd be surprised - hyper, quad, inline, light up, pink, green, Sims, and more.  Which are best? It all really depends on your style of skating and use. Are you going for speed or are you going for looks and style. Doing some simple research can really go a long way in choosing the right rollerskate wheels for the job at hand.

To get the best fit, you should make sure that the roller skating wheels you choose are the proper size.  This is normally measured in mm.  There are several standard sizes, so it won't be that tough.
Then, all that's left is to customize your wheels by getting the color and style that fits your style.

Heartless wheels are the most popular in my league, says one user. 2 tone sims are without doubt the daddies, better than 3 tones. Sims street snakes are great for outdoors, they,re soft and take the impact of bumps, but if you need a pair for a rink i would not suggest these, you will get more grip and speed out of a set of normal 62 mm, with a set of abec 9 bearings, or the swiss, these are great but expensive icon smile thanks

I use Belair Hockey at the moment. They are very hard (103a) so they are for use indoors only really but are great for speed and hockey stopping. Sims are nice for a smooth ride and they look nice but they limit the fun you can have in my opinion by being too grippy!

Many in this generation have never even roller skated; therefore never having to buy rollerskate wheels to replace their old worn out ones. Their are great brands like Suregrip and Labeda that are popular still and sell tons of roller skating wheels.  If you're a hardcore roller skater, let us know what wheels you use to replace your used or worn roller skate wheels.
